December is here, which means that holidays are here, the fun time with the family, friends and overall, it means that the stress of the holidays is also here, it is easy to get caught up between the stressful days before Christmas. 

Here are five tips to allow yourself the Stress-Free energy within your life during the holidays.  

Prepare beforehand for the holidays: You allow yourself a stress-free holiday by preparing beforehand for the holidays. 


Use to-do lists, checklists, and journals: this method allows you to keep everything you must do in check. For example, Christmas list, dinner, and much more. 


Plan the family gathering, send invitations, let everyone know about your event before the date in advance. This method allows you to have a count of guests and inventory that you might need for your family and friends gathering. 


Decorate your house within the first week of Christmas, wrap the gifts as you get them, don’t wait until the last minute for gift wrapping. Trust me, this could take forever, and you don’t want to miss out on anything during the holidays.  

Meal prep for your guest a couple of days in advance this will allow you to accomplish everything for your evening before Christmas.  

 Remember holidays are meant to spend with the ones you love, like stress-free, enjoy the beautiful time with family and friends, and live life to its fullest. The holidays are for excitement, happiness, memories, and the spirit of believing in magic, during the holidays.
